- Personal Care- Assisting with showers, washes, continence management including catheter care and stomas
- Mobility Support- trained in specialist equipment required for moving and handling of people, assisted mobility, working with O/T and physio services to support rehabilitation at home
- Domestic Services- assisting with light cleaning duties supporting with pets, laundry and bed changing, supporting with light gardening and shopping
- Companionship At Home- activities engagement, engagement in daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning and recognition to promote independent living
- Community Companionship- Assistance with outings including appointments, shopping trips and accessing community groups to maintain friendship links and promote mental well being for our clients.
- 24 Hour Care & Respite- please contact office for bespoke package to be arranged.
- Holiday Packages- supporting our clients to maintain their enjoyment of holidays please contact our offices to discuss a bespoke plan package
- End Of Life- To support with the final stages of life maintaining dignity, respect and compassion using the gold standard framework.
At Forest Rose Care we provide the highest level of person centred care to all our clients. We provide Morning, Lunch, Tea and Bed assistance ours calls start at 07:00 till 22:00 7 days a week
